Where is Fabricate located?
We are located in the Gardens Shopping Centre, Mill Street, Cape Town. You can find us on the first floor, at the back entrance on Myrtle Street. We are in the corner diagonally opposite the FNB atm.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am– 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00 am– 5:00pm
Sunday and Public holidays: 9:00 – 12:00
Are you open on public holidays?
Yes we are! We are open till 2pm on public holidays except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Good Friday when we are closed.
How do I become a supplier?
We are always on the lookout for new suppliers. Please send us an email with more information about your products, prices and pictures and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our email address is: email@example.com

Please note that if we are interested in your product we will reply to your email and set up a time to look at your product. After that initial meeting and if we are interested in stocking your product we will send you further information regarding our consignment sales and how we work. But do keep in mind that most of the products in Fabricate are sold on a consignment basis.
What criteria do you use when choosing products for your shop?
All products need to be made in South Africa. We choose products which resonate with the look and feel of our shop. Items must be of a high quality and well finished. We look for products that are well presented with good packaging and an original thoughful design. Good value for money and affordability are factors we consider. We also need to consider if there is a similar product in the shop already. New things which fill a gap in the market are always a bonus.
What is your returns policy?
Refunds will only be given on defective goods where the defect is due to a manufacturing fault. Refunds due to a manufacturing fault can be issued within 6 months of the purchase date.
Exchanges can be done, or a credit note issued, within 30 days of a purchase with the presentation of a receipt or invoice number.
Items for exchange need to be in their original packaging and unused.
Unfortunately we can not offer returns or exchanges on earrings, toiletries and food items.
All these terms are in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
